Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, couriers will attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Damaged in Transit:
If your package appears damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@maternease.in or via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages:
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation and offer a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Address modifications can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
