Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India - no minimum order value required.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Quality Check: All products are inspected before dispatch
  • Dispatch Notification: You'll receive tracking details via email and SMS once shipped

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number via email and SMS
  • Real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery
  • Delivery partner contact information

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Available: Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery for all orders.

COD Charges: Free (no additional charges)

Payment Methods Accepted on Delivery: Cash only (please keep exact change when possible)

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, xpressbees, Delhivery and India Post, to ensure safe delivery of your products.

Packaging

All MaternEase products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • Secure, tamper-proof packaging
  • Protective wrapping for pillows and soft products
  • Discreet packaging (no product details visible from outside)

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make 2-3 attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@maternease.com or WhatsApp us. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Lost Packages: In the rare event of a lost package, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

You can modify your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
