At MaternEase, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

07-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 07-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 07 days for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Returned within 07 days of delivery
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging is opened:

  • Products with removed or damaged hygiene seals
  • Items that have been washed or used
  • Products without original packaging

Note: If you receive a damaged or defective product, this policy does not apply - we'll replace it immediately at no cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@maternease.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Approval: We'll review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
  4. Schedule Pickup: We'll arrange a free pickup from your address (for most locations)
  5. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

  • Free Return Pickup: Available for most serviceable pin codes
  • Self-Ship Returns: If pickup is not available in your area, you can ship the item back. We'll reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100 upon approval

Refund Process

Inspection Time: 2-3 business days after we receive your return

Refund Timeline:

  • Online Payments: 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (we'll request your bank details)

Refund Amount: Full product price (shipping is free, so no deduction)

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

  1. Return your current item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the product you want

Tip: To avoid waiting for refund processing, you can place the new order immediately and we'll prioritize your refund once we receive the return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Send photos of the damage or defect
  • Once Damaged Order return is approved then the replacement order will be delivered within 7 business days.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange pickup of the wrong item
  • We'll ship the correct item immediately at no extra cost

Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped for a full refund. Contact us immediately.

After Dispatch: Once shipped, you cannot cancel but you can refuse delivery or return the item as per our return policy.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Item is returned after 07 days
  • Product shows signs of use or washing
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Item is damaged due to misuse
